North York General Access Care Clinic
This clinic provides ongoing health care for patients who do not have access to a family doctor or nurse practitioner on a regular basis.

Please note that the Access Care Clinic is now located at the North York General main site at 4001 Leslie St. on the fourth-floor Family Medicine Teaching Unit.
Operating Hours: Monday and Thursday: 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Friday 1:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m.

NYG’s Access Care Clinic (ACC) provides care by appointment for patients with urgent health concerns who don’t have a family doctor or cannot see their regular provider within the recommended follow-up timeframe. For patients without a family doctor, the clinic also offers support to help them connect with a permanent provider for ongoing care beyond their initial referral.
Eligibility: Patients must have a valid OHIP card and be able to travel to the clinic. Patients without OHIP or IFHP can be referred to Flemingdon Health Centre. The clinic sees both adult and children.
