NYG’s Access Care Clinic (ACC) provides care by appointment for patients with urgent health concerns who don’t have a family doctor or cannot see their regular provider within the recommended follow-up timeframe. For patients without a family doctor, the clinic also offers support to help them connect with a permanent provider for ongoing care beyond their initial referral.
Location: 243 Consumers Road, Suite 300 (Special Geriatric Services clinic)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 to 8 p.m. (closed statutory holidays)
