In partnership with North York Community House and Unison Health & Community Services, we will be hosting a Healthy Food & Wellness Community Health & Info Fair (CHIF) on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 3:30pm to 6pm.
Join us for a free health cooking demonstration, a free yoga class, have your blood pressure and your blood sugar checked, and get referrals if eligible to cancer screening, seniors services, youth programs and other resources.
Free childcare for children 4 years and younger is available (space is limited) and space is limited for our cooking demonstration and yoga class.
