Funding for the FY 2025-26 Online Appointment Booking initiative is now available.
To express interest in this one-time funding opportunity, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
New Applicants
Eligible If:
• Not previously funded for OAB.
• Commit to going live between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026
• Commit to making at least 30% of provider’s schedules available for patient self-booking by March 31, 2026
Existing Users (Previously Funded Providers)
Eligibility based on previous years of funding for organizations that received initial OAB funding in any of the following fiscal years: 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, or 2024-25:
• 1-2 years - Commit to making at least 30% of provider's schedules available for patient self-booking by March 31, 2026.
• 3+ years - Commit to increase OAB-eligible appointments to at least 40% by March 31, 2026.
