ONTARIO STRUCTURED PSYCHOTHERAPY
OSP
What is OSP?

The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program provides free, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety and depression.

Treatment is delivered by trained mental health professionals and includes structured approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through guided self-help, group therapy, or individual sessions. OSP improves access to timely mental health care and provides Primary Care Providers (PCPs) with a clear pathway to refer patients who may benefit from structured psychotherapy.
Who may benefit
Adults experiencing:
• Mild to moderate anxiety
• Mild to moderate depression
• Difficulty managing daily functioning due to these
symptoms
• A need for structured, short-term psychotherapy

Mental Health
The SCOPE Mental Health Navigator supports primary care providers and their patients through community resource navigation and facilitating physician-to-physician consultations through the Telephone Advice Psychiatry (TAP) program.
The Mental Health Navigator will answer questions around mental health resources and assist in navigating appropriate services and supports for your patients.

Addiction Services
Making a referral to RAAM @ North York General
The RAAM Clinic is the result of a partnership between Addiction Services Central Ontario and NYG and clinics are also available at other hospitals in York Region, South Simcoe, and Toronto.
To make a referral

Physicians or Nurse Practitioners can fax a referral directly to ASCO at 1-844-941-1983 Attn: NYGH RAAM

Patients: can self-refer by calling 905-841-7007 or 1-800-263-2288 ext. 322 to book an appointment.

Walk-in hours are Mondays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. only.

In-person and virtual appointments are also available on Mondays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (with appointments only).
Assertive Community Treatment
Call 211 for Community Mental Health Services
Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) - intensive follow-up treatment in the community for adults with mental illness. Anyone may call and report a community mental health crisis
