Available in multiple languages, this resource includes details on Health811, 211 Ontario, local walk-in clinics for adults and children, support for seniors and advice on how to be connected to a family doctor or nurse practitioner.

SickKids Virtual Urgent Care - The SickKids virtual urgent care program offers a convenient way to get medical advice or care remotely using technology, such as a computer or smartphone. Answer some short questions using the symptom checker and you will be directed to the most appropriate care setting based on the information provided.

BounceBack Program for Teens (15-17) - Youth can get free mental health and skill-building support for low mood, depression, anxiety, stress or worry through the BounceBack program, which is managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association. The information sheet is available in multiple languages and includes essential information around breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screening offered as part of Cancer Care Ontario cancer screening programs.

Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program - Discover support and relief through the OSP Program, a compassionate and valuable service for adults (18 years and older) dealing with depression, anxiety, and related challenges. This program offers free, publicly funded, short-term cognitive-behavioural therapy with a psychotherapist, providing practical and goal-oriented support.

Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) clinic for North York - RAAM clinics operate in partnership with hospitals in North York as well as in the community. They provide rapid access to quality care to individuals seeking help for their substance use concerns such as opioids, alcohol, cannabis and cocaine. The clinical team consists of an addiction medicine physician and/or nurse practitioner, nurses, case managers, addictions counsellors and peer support.

Toronto Community Crisis Service (TCCS) - Free, confidential, 24/7 in-person mental health support from a mobile crisis team.
