North York General Access Care Clinic
This clinic provides ongoing health care for patients who do not have access to a family doctor or nurse practitioner on a regular basis.

Please note that as of August 27, 2026, the Access Care Clinic is closed to prepare to a move to a new location at North York General in mid-September, please connect with our NYPCCC team on 416-443-9775 for other care options.
NYG’s Access Care Clinic (ACC) provides care by appointment for patients with urgent health concerns who don’t have a family doctor or cannot see their regular provider within the recommended follow-up timeframe. For patients without a family doctor, the clinic also offers support to help them connect with a permanent provider for ongoing care beyond their initial referral.
